Pirandai, Gram dal, Urad dal, Friedgram, Dry red chillies, Sesame Seeds, Curry leaves, Garlic, Hing and Himalayan Rock Salt.

✅Make sure you add a very small quantity of this powder to your daily diet. 1 tsp for kids and 1 tbsp for adults. Over consumption may lead to itching of throat.
✅This Podi is not advisable for people who have itchy throat problem and who are allergic to Pirandai.
